One of the best woods for handles even for highly stressed knives. Be very careful when working with this wood during machining and do not breathe dust! Avoid contact with the skin as well. Also protect your eyes. After working, we recommend that you wash immediately and do not get dusty from sawdust. During our practice we have encountered severe allergies to dust and sawdust from this wood!!!
