Properly packed blades should be sent to ZUVA s.r.o., Májová 22, 685 01 Bučovice-Černčín, or to Z-BOX Bučovice, Čsl. 602 718 612, martinmatousek@nozirske-oceli.cz, ideally together with the printed order (not a requirement). Always send the blades directly described with a marker so that it is clear what material it is, do not stick any adhesive on the blade!!! Wrap them so that they are well protected in transit, but at the same time so that they can be easily unwrapped. Leave a small hole at the end of the handle so that the blades can be hung by the wire in the hardening oven. Quench according to the material sheet for the steel and automatically temper to optimum hardness. During hardening, minor or major bending may occur, especially with long and thin blades!!! Blades made of thicker materials - 2,5mm and more, which are not ground "to the poison" practically do not change shape. We send blades back in about 2-3 weeks after receipt, but it is a service so deadlines can not always be guaranteed. The price for hardening of knives made of material purchased from us is 165CZK/pc up to 300gr/pc. We vacuum quench (bolded steel grades are always conditioned) - K110, N690, AEB-L, Elmax, RWL-34, Vanadis-4E, M390, K390, M398, Sleipner, Damasteel, Balbach, N695, 1.4034, 1.4116, CPM10V, VG10, Shiro - maximum length 800mm. We only harden 14 260 steel up to a length of 500mm. Atmospheric furnace - 14 260, K720/1.2842/19 312/ 1.2767/75Ni8, Damascus, Tenax, 80CrV2. Other steels on request. We do not forge engraved or otherwise decorated blades!!!!!!
