The 3M Trizact 337DC sanding belt is used for both freehand and jig sanding. It is the ideal choice for refinishing blades after hardening, as the special resin grain retention layer and "coffin" pattern ensures excellent heat dissipation and no burrs are formed on the cutting material. However, it is important not to apply pressure to the belt even after the belt has been blunted. Moreover, this is not even necessary as the sharpness and material removal is excellent throughout the life of the belt. This is also where this belt excels.
