Screw cutter head 8mm and pin 4mm

Mill for precise fitting of the blade to the full tang knife construction. It is used for milling precise holes in the knife's blade. The holes are first drilled into the blade and knife with a 5mm drill bit (available to buy here - D5.0 HSSCo drill bit). Then, using a cutter with a 4mm shank, a precise 8mm hole is drilled for the screw head. The cutter material is high speed steel and drills all commonly used shank materials, including G10. The depth of the milled part of the shank is secured by a stop. If everything is done correctly, it is a very precise and tight connection of the cutter to the knife. If the depth of the milling stop is set correctly, the exact height of the mating of the blade and the screw is ensured.
