Stainless steel similar to AK5 steel. With appropriate heat treatment it is also suitable for production of long blades, stainless steel springs, guards and closing knife attachments. Quenching temperature 1030-1050C oil environment. 1050-1080C in vacuum furnace. 100-200C ashing.
Vacuum harden to 58-59 HRC
