Corrosion resistant damascus made by powder metallurgy, from the Swedish company Damasteel AB. Knives made from this damascus are highly prized for their unmistakable look and for their superior mechanical durability. This damascus is vacuum hardened to a hardness of 63 - 64 HRC. It holds an excellent edge, although knives made from this damascus are primarily collector's knives and bought as an investment.
